Description of the Background
Firstly, the background image is out of focus. It is somewhat visibly clear that the time of day is daytime and the location is probably outside on a boulevard surrounded by greenery and industrial buildings. The street is slightly divided between the boulevard and the sidewalk. On the boulevard in the far distance is a white motorcycle with (what seems to be) chrome interior and on the right side of the motorcycle in the distance is a black motorcycle. The black motorcycle is raised on what appears to be a sidewalk but could also be parking spots because of the centered white bar and white sidelines the motorcycle is enclosed in. There’s one continuous green bush behind both motorcycles trailing throughout the entire picture from the left to the right. Behind the bushes are 2 great-sized trees branching out of frame on both sides and the mid center of the background features a tall sign, that appears to be a directional signal of offices in the area. That sign has a sidelining of two different colors, yellow-green and blue, and also goes out of frame.
Description of the Focused Subject
The subjective focus is on Kendall Jenner, a modern-day personality celebrity, and an actor portrayed as an officer. Kendall Jenner is seen handing the officer a Pepsi soda can. More concretely, Kendall Jenner is seen as a fair height, white woman, who seems to be around the same height as the officer. Her hair is mid-length, straight, chocolate brown and resting upon the upper portion of her back, sunglasses seem to be placed on her head as well. She’s facing toward the officer and the photo was taken from a side angle. A strand of hair is carelessly dangling towards her face making it a bit difficult to get a profile of her face. She is wearing a multi-denim colored jean jacket with light blue denim sleeves and a denim blue back and possibly in the chest area as well. On what seems to be her right arm the sleeve is cuffed at the elbow. On the back of the jacket, there seems to be another embroidery of a piece of art. The colors in the art look like shades of red, orange, and white. She is also wearing multi-denim blue jeans. The pockets of the jeans are denim and the pants are light/whitewashed. They seem to be a bit over-sized or mommy-like because they’re bulging in the front. The collar of the jacket, the flaps of the pocket and the bottom trim are all the same color of light washed blue and resemble the same color of the sleeve. With her hand palm face down shes passing a blue can with bottom white lettering to another subject. The subject on the receiving end of is a police officer wearing a blue baseball cap with white lettering. He is also wearing a navy blue police uniform with the badge on the right side of his chest. On the right side of his hip, he has 3 devices on his belt. In a specific order of right to left, in regards to the picture, the baton is on the far right, the transmitter for the handheld radio follows in the center and another device is on the left. Besides the officer of the subject, there are 4 other officers standing in formation simultaneously. The officer’s face shows uncertainty and apprehension. The remaining officers are in the same uniform as the officer of the subject. In the far distance, an officer is turned with his back to his fellow comrades and also has a motorcycle helmet placed upon his head.
